​I'm proudly of Puerto Rican and Cuban background and am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. When I'm not in therapy mode, you'll probably find me planning my next adventure or hunting down the best local restaurant nobody's heard of yet. I'm a total foodie and love exploring new cuisines—seriously, if you know a great hole-in-the-wall spot, tell me about it!

Travel is my jam. There's something amazing about experiencing different cultures and perspectives that just feeds my soul. I'm also big on physical wellness and nourishing both mind and body—whether that's hitting the gym, trying a new hiking trail, or just making sure I'm taking care of myself so I can show up fully for my clients.

I also love a good Netflix binge (don't judge!), am an avid reader who's always diving into the latest books on personal growth and wellness, and I'm always down for a great cup of coffee and meaningful conversation. I believe in authenticity, so what you see is what you get—I'm just a real person who happens to have some training in helping people work through stuff.
