Teletherapy, also known as online therapy, e-therapy, or video therapy, is therapy delivered through a virtual platform via a computer. If you’ve ever used FaceTime or Skype, it’s essentially the same thing – except more secure and with a qualified therapist or counselor at the other end instead of a distant friend or relative.

Child In Hospital Bed

Receiving a diagnosis of a chronic illness can upend the lives of patients, caregivers, and their families. Everything from daily routines to family dynamics must shift to accommodate a new normal brought on by the illness. Access to the right resources can make facing this challenge a little easier for families and caregivers.

The start of the new millennium seems to be a key time for adolescent and young adult (AYA). This is a pivotal time frame for growth, development, and independence.  Conquest Health & Wellness aims towards bridging the gap and addressing the unmet needs of this age group.  Mental health services and supports are available for adolescents and young adults between the ages of 15-30.

Our everyday heroes need support too!

The decision to seek mental health counseling and support can be difficult. It's not weakness. It's Self-Care!

First Responders

Our Police Officers, Fire Fighters, EMT's, Medical Providers, and Child Welfare Workers are known to experience increased risk of negative mental health consequences due to the dangerous nature of their jobs.  When your job consists of constantly caring for others, it is often difficult to admit that you may need help yourself.

Military & Families

Our Military Personnel, Veterans, and their families experience many transitions during their time of service resulting in added stress, worry and anxiety.  Adjusting to deployment or readjusting to a civilian lifestyle can prove to be challenging.
