Meet Your Therapist
THERAPY, CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Javier Rosario
LCSW, QS, OSW-C
Whether you stumbled upon this page by accident or you've been thinking about therapy for a while, welcome! I'm a Psychotherapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Qualified Supervisor in Florida, and Certified Oncology Social Worker. But honestly, those fancy titles just mean I'm here to be your biggest supporter as we figure out this thing called life together.
Here's what I really believe: you are exactly who you're supposed to be, right here, right now. My whole approach is built on empathy, compassion, being genuinely myself with you, and creating a space where judgment doesn't exist. Seriously—there's nothing you could share that would shock me or make me think less of you. I'm focused entirely on YOU, embracing you as you are, and making sure our time together feels like the safest, most open space to talk about absolutely anything that's on your mind.
My Therapeutic Approach
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, which means I love mixing different therapeutic techniques to find what clicks best for you—whether that's Trauma-Informed CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Humanistic Counseling, DBT, or Existential Therapy. Think of it like creating a custom playlist for your healing journey! No two people are exactly alike, so why should therapy be one-size-fits-all?
Everything I do is through a trauma-informed lens because I believe healing happens when you feel truly safe. We'll work together as a team to figure out what feels right for you—I meet you where you are, whether you need someone to listen, help you problem-solve, or challenge you to grow. And here's the thing: therapy doesn't have to be scary or stuffy. It's really just two people having honest conversations about what matters to you.
Getting to Know Me Beyond the Office
I'm proudly of Puerto Rican and Cuban background and am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. When I'm not in therapy mode, you'll probably find me planning my next adventure or hunting down the best local restaurant nobody's heard of yet. I'm a total foodie and love exploring new cuisines—seriously, if you know a great hole-in-the-wall spot, tell me about it!
Travel is my jam. There's something amazing about experiencing different cultures and perspectives that just feeds my soul. I'm also big on physical wellness and nourishing both mind and body—whether that's hitting the gym, trying a new hiking trail, or just making sure I'm taking care of myself so I can show up fully for my clients.
I also love a good Netflix binge (don't judge!), am an avid reader who's always diving into the latest books on personal growth and wellness, and I'm always down for a great cup of coffee and meaningful conversation. I believe in authenticity, so what you see is what you get—I'm just a real person who happens to have some training in helping people work through stuff.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
Listen, reaching out for therapy takes guts. Like, serious courage. And the fact that you're here, reading this, tells me you've already got what it takes to create positive change in your life. You don't have to have it all figured out—that's what we're here to work on together. Ready to take that next step? I'm here when you are.
"My clients' overall health and well-being is my number one priority. I am dedicated to going the extra mile to help them through life's most challenging moments."

Welcome — I’m really glad you’re here.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, whether you’ve been thinking about it for a while or just found yourself here today. Either way, showing up—even just to read this—is already a meaningful start.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor in Florida, as well as an artist, performer, educator, and advocate. My work is deeply shaped by my Christian faith, my love for people, and my belief that healing is possible for everyone.
My Therapeutic Approach
I view therapy as both a science and an art—grounded in evidence-based practices while creating space for authenticity, creativity, and genuine human connection. I consider the whole person—emotional, psychological, relational, cultural, and spiritual—because healing doesn’t happen in isolation. I work with individuals navigating grief and loss, women’s health and life transitions, and young adults facing periods of change. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and offer faith-integrated counseling for those who wish to incorporate their Christian beliefs into the therapeutic process.
My background in the performing arts allows me to incorporate creative approaches such as storytelling, reflection, and imagery when helpful. Therapy doesn’t have to be rigid to be effective—it can be engaging, meaningful, and deeply human. Above all, I believe you already carry strengths within you. Therapy is a space to rediscover and strengthen those strengths, while feeling supported, understood, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.
Getting to Know Me Beyond the Office
Creativity is woven into who I am. I’ve loved the performing arts since childhood, and I still enjoy participating in local theater productions. Music, storytelling, and artistic expression continue to inspire me and influence how I connect with people and understand their stories.
I also enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures, perspectives, and environments. Each place I visit broadens my worldview and deepens my appreciation for the diverse experiences people bring into therapy.
At my core, I’m someone who values faith, family, community, and growth. I believe we’re all continually evolving, learning, and becoming — and it’s an honor to support others as they move through their own journeys.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
If you’re looking for a space where you can show up fully, be met with compassion, and begin creating meaningful change, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
“I am committed to creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe enough to grow..especially in the moments life feels the heaviest.”
